Reapit has inked a deal with fast-expanding PropTech service Kamma to automate information about private rental sector council licensing.
This year is shaping up to be a record for new property licensing schemes with huge London regimes in Merton, Redbridge, and Southwark. Regulation is not slowing down in the 2024 new year either with Islington, Nottingham, Warwick and Greenwich schemes already confirmed. Large consultations in Bristol, Brighton and North Yorkshire suggest there is more regulation is yet to come.
Now through an integration, agents using Reapit’s platform can integrate Kamma's licensing services via its API, gaining access to the most up-to-date information on new and existing schemes that affect their clients’ property portfolios.
