The well know Finders Keepers lettings agency, which operates across Oxfordshire, has acquired a local independent to bring its total number of offices to nine.
It’s snapped up Flowers Estate Agents in Woodstock, founded 10 years ago by Simon Flowers, who has joined the Finders Keepers network.
Lettings will continue to operate from the existing site in Woodstock under the branding of Finders Keepers, and the sales side will continue to operate as Flowers Estate Agents.
Finders Keepers is now just over 50 years old and managing director Paul Rushworth says: “We are confident that our acquisition of Flowers Estate Agents will strengthen the service we offer, as well as our reach, across Oxfordshire.
“This acquisition will not only increase our presence as Oxfordshire’s leading residential letting agent but will further strengthen our position in sales with both Inspired Sales and Flowers Estate Agents forming a part of the overall Finders Keepers group.”
Senior office manager Stacey Mole will oversee the lettings side of the Woodstock office.
She says: “We have always wanted to have a presence in Woodstock. It’s a beautiful town which is going from strength to strength and offers a great opportunity for investors and is always popular with renters. We are looking forward to working with the team in Woodstock and providing the area with our expert letting and property management service.”
Simon Flowers adds: “Flowers' has always been totally focused on providing every client with an individual and exceptionally high level of personal service underwritten by unrivalled local knowledge.
“With 40 years’ experience in Oxfordshire, 25 years of it in Woodstock, I have built up a local client base and extensive personal knowledge of the local market. We will make this a seamless transition, business as usual. I look forward to continuing my rounds in Woodstock, meeting with existing and future clients and enjoying all that this wonderful town has to offer with its unique blend of properties.”
