“White Label”, two little words that are increasingly finding their way into the Lettings Industry – but when used in the context of property management, does everyone really know what they mean? 

Put simply, Agents who chose to outsource their Property Management can select to have the service ‘white labelled’ which means that the whole solution is branded as the clients own, e.g. for an Agent called ABC Lettings, telephones would be answered ‘Welcome to ABC Lettings Property Management’, e-mails would be sent out using an appropriate email address and letters are sent out on the relevant headed paper etc.  As far as Landlord and Tenants are aware, they are communicating directly with employed members of ABC Lettings who just don’t happen to be based in the Agents High Street Office.
