The Guild works with a wide range of agents and landlords: Property Ombudsman, Touchstone CPS,  Northwood, Belvoir and a lot of independent agents.

Q: How do you overcome your competitors?

The btec is one of the ways in which that it has really allowed us to develop. The Guild of Lettings brand is very well established in the industry which allows us to stay ahead of the competition.

With The Virtual Learning Environment and online training it allows us to further support are clients. We have found this to be the two biggest elements and compliment the btec really well. The Virtual Learning Environment and online training allows all learners to use the online system, which is not to replace the face to face experience it just allows us to offer more.

Q: What is your greatest achievement and what made it so special?

Creating the btec and suite of qualification is a huge achievement, and then having the ability to take it one step further with the Virtual Learning Environment online.

“The greatest achievement is watching them achieve”

Hard work, commitment, dedication to your client base and knowing what they want.
