Charles Derby is pleased to announce that it is launching an estate agency franchise throughout the UK.
Already an established firm with 400 financial advisers, The Charles Derby Group is eager to expand its operations in the estate agency and letting sector.
The firm is planning to open 100 franchises by the end of 2013 and aims to add a further 100 within the next 4 years of launching the franchise.
Thanks to minimised initial start-up costs compared with a traditional corporate operation, Charles Derby estate and letting agents will be well positioned to build a long term profitable business.
Aimed at existing mortgage and financial advisers, the firm will offer a comprehensive program of training, support and on-going development to its franchisees. In addition, it will provide them with state of the art technology that will enable them develop their own successful estate agency and letting business.
A variety of premises will be available in locations across the country and franchisees will be offered three ownership options, a including a Master Franchise Contract, a Joint Venture Franchise with Charles Derby or a Joint Venture with a Negotiator.
