A regional independent lettings agency has launched a new profit share scheme for its staff - but it’s keeping quiet on details.
Few specifics have been released about the scheme which spans all four of Arun Estates brands, Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards, and the mortgage business, Mortgage Matters Direct.
But a statement claims the scheme “will aim to benefit staff” and comes in addition to “the already fantastic suite of incentives Arun Estates offer.”
Group managing director Aldo Sotgiu says: “Our focus on creating the very best environment for our staff has always been a driving force behind our success and this new initiative is just another way that we are striving to reward and recognise our teams.
“The Arun Way is about helping people move forward on their life's journey, that’s our people and our customers and we’re determined to continue to create an environment where everyone gives the best of themselves and provide a place to build a long-term career.”
