Rapidly expanding Leaders has made another acquisition, after its JSM brand in Norwich acquired the portfolio of Bush Property Management in Norwich.
JSM, which has been established for over 21 years, operates in East Anglia with branches in Norwich, Lowestoft, Ipswich and Woodbridge, and a property management team based in Cringleford, Norwich. It became part of the letting chain Leaders last year.
JSM director Emma Wells (pictured) said: “We have long admired David Bush for the success he has made of Bush Property Management over the many years he has been trading and we are aware how selective he has been in ensuring his business was sold to a company which shares the same work ethics.
“We are delighted that he has chosen to sell his business to us and that the long-standing team he has built up over the years will be joining us.”
According to JSM, the lettings market in Norwich is thriving. The firm says it is currently seeing extremely high demand for good quality rented property of all types, from small studio flats to large family homes. There are not enough properties to satisfy demand and rents remain firm.
