Leaders is on the acquisition trail again.

Accent Property in Cambridge – which Leaders acquired two years ago and, unusually, did not rebrand – has bought letting firm Vernon Property Management, which covers Huntingdon, St Ives and the surrounding towns and villages.

The acquisition came after Vernon Property’s owners Sally Moody and Theresa Cole took the decision to retire after 30 years.

Accent’s Cambridge city centre manager, Sarah Cox, pictured, said: “We are delighted that Sally and Theresa chose Accent to take over their much-loved business and we will ensure that the company, under the Accent brand, continues to flourish and deliver a first-class service to landlords and tenants in these popular towns and villages.

“This is a great opportunity for us to extend our service to a wider area.”

The new branch becomes Accent’s third and will be managed by Becky Underwood, who was with Vernon Property Management.
