Digital inventory platform, Imfuna, will be attending the Innovative Property Show on November 3rd, providing all involved in the lettings space with an insight into why adopting new technology will revolutionise the lettings industry.
Imfuna will be exhibiting at stand 60, and Chris Raniere, CEO of Imfuna, will be speaking in one of the show’s designated seminar spots at 15:55, about how the introduction of digital technology can save businesses vast amounts of time and money.
Chris will perform a live demonstration of Imfuna Let’s game-changing application, explaining how the user is guided through the entire process of collection, reporting, editing, sharing and ultimately storing the full history of a property’s condition.
“From collecting data to customising and printing reports, this significant development in the property industry shows that using such technologies can drastically reduce the time spent doing admin-heavy tasks like inventories, and help kick the lettings industry into the 21stcentury,” says Chris. “We are dedicated to educating property professionals about the tangible benefits of integrating technology into their day-to-day activities. For the self-confessed luddite, this is an opportunity to discover how remarkably easy it is to take advantage of technology and use it to make your business more efficient.”
Recent research commissioned by Imfuna revealed that out of 100 letting agents; nearly 50% of them felt automating the inventory process would free up time to invest in more strategic activity, ultimately growing the business.
Further to this, 78% of interviewees admitted those embracing new technologies were more likely to be successful. In addition, 90% of those surveyed said that technology could improve their service to clients, speed up the entire letting process (77%) and generally improve productivity (75%).
Simon Smith of KS Property Rentals has been using Imfuna Let for all his reporting needs for the last nine months, and will be on hand to talk about his experience with the platform. Simon comments, “Imfuna Let offers a very comprehensive solution and for me the outstanding benefit is the time it has saved me and my staff; even new employees find it easy to use. I no longer spend my evenings typing up reports and the end result is a report that looks very professional, delivering exactly what my clients need.”
How it works
The Imfuna Let application can be downloaded to any iPhone or Android mobile device from www.imfuna.co.uk. The user is then able to collect data at the property in a uniform and standardised format as well as take unlimited digital photographs. However, unlike other inventory software solutions, Imfuna Let includes dictation and transcription within the application. This truly innovative product feature will allow inventory clerks to continue with the dictation process, but with Imfuna Let not only will the user be able to easily replay and redo the recording on site, but the full transcription will be included in the report in under 24 hours.
After the data is collected, the user can then access the Imfuna portal online and at this point is able to check, edit, make additions to and tailor the report, including amending any dictation notes. The report can be easily shared with the relevant parties and all further comments are automatically date and time stamped to provide an accurate and traceable reporting trail. Over time this online portal will retain the full historical data of any property that can be accessed by property owners, letting agents or inventory professionals.
