Two entrepreneurs are set to make big waves in the UK property industry with a new property portal known as propertymovingtoday.co.uk, and to celebrate its official launch the duo are offering both estate agents and letting agent’s in the Midlands, free exposure for their property listings during the initial set up period.
The brainchild of Matthew Gardener (35) and Shaun Davis (44), Property Moving Today aims to create a transparent marketplace by making information free and easily accessible to everyone.
Having successfully launched two utility businesses, founders of Propertymovingtoday.co.uk, Matthew Gardener and Shaun Davis are now set to utilise the internet to take on the leading industry players by offering a cost effective alternative to property advertising that makes use of fantastic customer service and that personal approach to account management.
The new property listing site will provide comprehensive packages from as little as £149 per month for up to 500 properties excluding initial set up fee and for extra bundles on 250 properties to be added a minimal charge of £49 will be made. What’s more, the site will not charge for clicks and feeds.
Partner at Property Moving Today, Matthew, said: “The site will provide an extremely competitive solution to property listings, which will ideally cater for the smaller estate agent or property lettings establishment. Offering a smart alternative to conventional methods of advertising online, members will also have access to helpful articles, featured property options and there will also be facilities for window ready display print outs to save time.”
Modelled on a number of successful property websites that have emerged recently in the UK, Property Moving Today responds to a need for direct access to data and the tools to make more informed decisions in the residential property sector.
