Spicerhaart has begun the search for its next crop of Fast Track management trainees to work in its lettings business.
The Fast Track programme began five years ago, with candidates spending nine months dividing their time between the Spicerhaart training centre and their respective branches, during which time they progress from trainee negotiator to assistant branch manager.
At the end of the scheme, they will be eligible to apply for any branch manager positions available within the company’s residential lettings group or help launch and manage new branches that are scheduled to open.
Spicerhaart has opened over a dozen new residential lettings branches in the last 12 months as part of an ongoing expansion programme.
Andrew Benn, managing director of Spicerhaart Residential Lettings, said: “Our staff are the lifeblood of our business, which is why we are so keen to invest in the future through initiatives such as our management training programme.
“It provides young people with a clear career path within the industry as well as the opportunity to progress to senior positions within the business.”
