Throughout the competition you will have access your own secure website area called the AGENT DASHBOARD. Here you will be able to monitor which clients have voted and track your Customer Service Rating providing a great way to keep staff focused on customer service and reward them as your score goes up! In addition during the voting period we will send you regular updates allowing you see feedback comments from clients to use as testimonials in your own marketing campaigns.
Benchmarking & Customer Feedback Programme
All the statistics and comments from the your clients when they complete the questionnaires are collated and presented to you in a Client Feedback Report showing how you have performed as an agency regionally and nationally against other firms in the competition.
