What is The Letting Partnership and what does it do?

What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?
We offer a bespoke outsourced client accounting solution where we manage, process, reconcile all landlord, contractor, deposits and other payments.
Our service frees up time and capacity within an agency, thus allowing the agency to spend more time focusing on growth.
What makes The Letting Partnership different and how does it benefit agents?
With no need to change software or client accounts Agents can de risk this part of their business and migrate to our service seamlessly. Our team, the majority of whom come with Agency experience, are experts in client accounting and the software agents use. An Agent can rest assured that their Client Accounts are above scrutiny and reconciled every day. Landlords will always be paid on time and your accounts will be fully compliant.
We are always available; no sick or holidays for you to cover. Your client money is in safe hands.
What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?
This is easy… in the last 12 months I have helped over 60 Agent outsource their client accounting to The Letting Partnership. All of whom have been delighted to have made this choice and many wished they had done it sooner.
What is the most satisfying part of your job?
Meeting Agents across the county. It such good fun. I enjoy sharing business ideas and challenges and discussing the best way to resolve them. Its great to offer a service that really does free up time.
What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents now?
Time and Stock.
Most Agents I speak with seem to be so busy firefighting on the daily issues that finding time for planning and or taking time away from the business can be really challenging.
Rental Property Stock levels remain low, whilst demand still seems high. Portfolio growth remains challenging for many.
What is your property prediction for the next 12 months?
Portfolio growth via acquisitions. Due to the many changes being put upon Agency Owners many are now considering selling up. As organic portfolio growth remains challenging there are many Agents and Investors keen to buy.
