The Association of Residential Letting Agents is looking for three new regional representatives.
One will cover Hereford, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire; another will handle Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire; and the third will cover the new ARLA region of North Wales.
The association says the reps’ role entails attending all regional ARLA meetings for that particular area, which the rep would be main conduit of information from the region to the ARLA Board and vice versa.
The rep would also be a point of contact for the association’s PR agency which would send press releases and other PR material; successful reps often act as spokespersons for their regions, too.
In addition, when conferences and courses are run within the region, the representative would also be on hand to advise.
These are voluntary posts but ARLA describes them as “key to the success of our structure and roles which our current regional representatives find rewarding and useful for their own knowledge and development.”
