The ESTAS organisation has announced its latest Agent Of The Month award winners, with the two successful lettings category firms being first-time victors operating in London and Liverpool.
In the Lettings Landlord category for November, the First Union Estate Agency, based in Battersea in London secured the highest score.
“The team at First Union and myself were delighted. It’s always pleasing to be recognised for excellence, particularly as this award is based entirely on votes and feedback from our landlords and tenants” says John Chase, the agency director.
In the Best Letting Agency for Tenants category it was another first time win for X1 Lettings from Liverpool.
“Our ESTAS entry has been a great way of tracking our progress and seeing how satisfied our tenants are. It’s also provided a simple way to identify how we can continue improving our services. Our company ethos is to go beyond the core business and build lasting, valued relationships with our tenants. We look forward to developing these further as our lettings portfolio continues to grow” explains Melissa Green, operations and regional director at XI.
Meanwhile the Glasgow-based Vanilla Square has won the coveted ESTAS Agent of the Month title for November. The accolade was achieved due to the excellent ratings it received from its customers when they completed The ESTAS online survey.
Steven Lucas, sales director at Vanilla Square says: “We are ecstatic. In a crowded market, we have set ourselves the goal of offering the most personal estate agency service whilst providing the sharpest marketing material and greatest market coverage, seven days a week.”
The ESTAS competition sees the best agents for customer service in the UK competing against each other. Winners are decided purely on ratings provided by customers when completing an online survey.
The ultimate prize, of course, is to win at the annual ESTAS award ceremony to be held next April at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. The awards, which are in their 13th year, will once again be presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer who will announce the winners in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
