Manchester based Ascend Properties says it has smashed its 1,000-unit target within just one year of trading - and is now expanding across the country.
The agency now manages over 1,000 rental properties on behalf of investors and landlords throughout the UK.
Employing a team of 15 including property consultants, portfolio managers and administration and accounts staff, the company is now expanding from Manchester to handles properties in locations including Liverpool, Buckingham and Plymouth.
Ascend describes itself as “an independently-run, independently-minded estate and lettings agency” offering “a high-end service.”

It does sound quite high for an agency starting out, but fair play to them if they have smashed their targets. Quite a neat logo, too.
