Tenant Shop, which currently assists around 1,000 letting agents manage utilities and media for their properties, has relocated and aims to triple the size of its team.
The firm – part of the Inchora Group – has moved its 50 employees into a new call centre in Grantham where it pledges to increase its current 50-strong workforce to around 150 within the next 18 months.
Tenant Shop assists tenants and letting agents manage utilities such as gas, electricity, TV and broadband, and uses technology to notify local councils, water suppliers and energy providers of new and vacating tenancies.
Tenant Shop claims to save the average renter some £154 in energy costs and £204 in media costs during a typical tenancy.
“There is an increasing demand for tenant services as the rental market grows and Inchora is enabling us to fulfil our ongoing expansion plans,” says Jamie Parks, Founder of Tenant Shop.
