Construction has started on Grainger’s latest Build To Rent development in Kensington in central London.
The development will include 53 one, two and three bed homes, and will be professionally managed with concierge reception facilities and services including a high-tech residents’ lounge, gym and private cinema.
A basement car park will provide 25 parking spaces and 55 cycle spaces. The scheme, designed by Assael Architecture, involves a block rising from five to eight storeys tall, and is scheduled for completion in May 2018.
Yesterday we reported that Grainger had sold off an equity release retirement accommodation division in a bid to focus more on Build To Rent activity.
