Fees ban not stopping agency rejoining lettings sector

In the week that the government announced a ban on letting agents levying fees on tenants, one multi-office estate agency has returned to the lettings fold undaunted.

John German, with nine offices covering Staffordshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire, is expanding its offer by setting up a lettings and management service.

Directors James Morgan and Phill Sandbach have hired Tracey Glenn to be lettings director.

Glenn has over 25 years’ experience in lettings and management, initially through a small agency called Drovers acquired by John German in 1997.  Following a period of working for both a corporate agency and a small independent, Glenn is now back.

“The investment in our lettings department represents a significant landmark in our future growth strategy. We are well established in all our office locations and we are pleased to be able to offer our landlord clients the same quality service they experience through our estate agency” says Morgan.
