Property sharing platform Ace Relocations has changed the wording of a listing on its website after a complaint was lodged with the Advertising Standards Authority.
“The complainant challenged whether the ad was misleading because it did not stipulate the additional charges for cleaning services” says a spokeswoman for the ASA.
The authority contacted Ace Relocations which agreed to ensure that all additional charges were made clear in the advertisement, including administration charges.
The ASA then closed the complaint, categorising it as informally resolved.
