Connells has revealed that it has taken 50 of its ‘top achiever’ lettings and sales agents on an all-expenses paid trip to Dubai, the latest in an annual incentive programme offered by the company.
The 50 enjoyed a two night stay in a resort hotel and a packed itinerary including a barbeque buffet at the Al Sahara Desert Camp, a tour of the city’s souks, golf excursions, a shopping trip, scenic seaplane flight and a drinks reception on the 123rd floor of the Burj Khalifa tower.
In past years the agency has taken its successful employees to Sorrento, Cannes and Ibiza.
“It’s a brilliant reward for the hard work and fantastic achievements of our staff. We have some of the best people in the business so we aim to reward them with the best trips and experiences that will provide long-lasting memories” says agency chief executive David Plumtree.
