Letting agents are being invited to join landlords and local authority rental housing experts in a Twitter debate on private rental sector licensing between 1pm and 2pm today.
Property software company VTUK is staging the debate with London Property Licensing, an advice service on the capital’s renting market.
Anyone wishing to ask a question is advised to use the hashtag #QuestionTribe.
“We’re running our Twitter debate so we can spread the message about how local authority licensing is impacting every agent and landlord across the UK. It’s essential to understand the requirements so they are compliant” says VTUK managing director Peter Grant.
The debate is likely to cover Additional and Selective Licensing, HMO Licensing, Section 257 HMOs, the Rent Smart Wales initiative, and the licensing regimes run by different local authorities.
