Housing association Radian is to build a £27m scheme of 113 Build To Rent homes in Bournemouth - its fourth BTR development.
It’s to be constructed on the site of a Bournemouth Council-owned surface car park with 113 one, two and three-bedroom apartments for private rental alongside multi-level public and residents’ parking.
The new homes, set to be ready for occupation in summer 2018, will be part of the town’s central regeneration project.
Radian’s previous schemes are in Woking - which opened a year ago - Havant, due for handover next month, and Reading for completion next year.
