Movebubble, a firm which has in the past offered renters a service where someone attends viewings on their behalf - has now launched an app for letting agents.
The firm’s so-called Movebubble Negotiator App delivers viewing requests from new applicants, alert negotiators to offers and process payments in real time. The app offers ready-to-go renters direct access to negotiators.
The app was developed alongside three agencies - although the firm names only Hamptons International and JLL, which are both rolling out the app to their agents in London branches.
The main Movebubble app is aimed at young professionals wishing to find, view and rent property in London. The firm says 25,000 people have the app.
“The fact that this technology can now be utilized by negotiators is brilliant. In a city where renters outnumber house buyers, we want to help negotiators offer the best service possible for everybody and this app will do that” says Movebubble chief executive Aidan Rushby.

I'm not sure how many times this company has been relaunched as something new. This is probably the fourth time, after having failed previously. Utter rubbish service backed by hype.
