A new lettings and sales franchise agency is being launched later this month.
Business brokerage and franchise development firm Transworld Business Advisors is to launch ‘Monopoly Buy Sell Rent' which will operate as a hybrid offering clients “a cost effective way to sell or rent their property whilst still providing that all-important personal touch and hands-on service” according to a statement.
“This agency franchise neatly fills the void between the high overhead traditional high street agent and the no-frills online model” explains Paul Mitchell, managing director at Transworld Business Advisors.
“We think this is a fantastic option for those interested in a property franchise and we’ve already secured 100 per cent funding for our new franchise partners with a fantastic low-cost interest rate of six per cent”
Monopoly Buy Sell Rent is holding what it calls “an informal discovery event” on January 20 at the Hilton Olympia, west London, where directors will answer questions.
Mitchell says prospective franchisees should email pmitchell@tworld.com to reserve a place.

Little late to the party no? And I'm intrigued to see what Monopoly make of their trademarked name being used.
Given the vast sums invested by all the key players now to get what they have I hope they have raised a lot of funding. Without marketing and UK presence and creating a brand of recognition, it is hard to justify a franchise model.
And this is News for what specific reason? just another hybrid agent that is suggesting they have something different to offer, when reality its same old same old.
Will they be like century 21 who came here from the States thinking they could take over agency work with nice yellow coats and sign written cars? How many are left I wonder!
