It’s that time of the year again - when the race begins to find out who will win The ESTAS Supplier of the Year Award, which recognises supplier firms delivering the best customer experience to their agency clients in 2017.
Now in their eights year, the supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition, providing a badge which is instantly recognisable by agents and which showcases a firm’s commitment to quality service and value for money.
Just like all the agencies taking part in The ESTAS, suppliers are rated by their clients who complete an online customer service survey.
Firms can track their service rating and generate valuable testimonials via their ESTAS dashboard.
