Rendall & Rittner, a major operator in the residential block management sector, has completed its purchase of Braemar Estates from the Brooks MacDonald Group, taking over the management of its portfolio of around 5,000 properties.
This brings the number of units that Rendall & Rittner has under management to in excess of 50,000.
Braemar’s staff will continue to operate from Hale and from Central Manchester offices, where it will be business as usual. The two companies will continue to operate under their brand names, with Braemar Estates about to unveil its updated corporate branding.

God help these poor residents. Rendall and Rittner have appalling communication skills, and an atrocious attitude to residents. They make a point of never carrying out resident satisfaction surveys because they know what the outcomes would be. Evidence from reviews suggest that these residents are not going to enjoy being managed by Rendall and Rittner https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rendall-And-Rittner-Limited/278417608858244
Rendall & Rittner has a terrible reputation in London, consistently scores low standards from tenants, overcharge and rude unprofessional management.
We have had so many negative reports on management along with misleading practices. I don't know why so many residential buildings still using this organisation.
