Leaders and Romans have announced that both brands are seeking to expand this year through acquisitions following what they call "a short break to assess the changing market."
"We're actively looking for quality lettings companies across the country but particularly in the south, south east, Midlands and north west, to purchase and merge with our highly successful network of over 150 branches" explains group acquisitions director Matthew Light.
Leaders and Romans have acquired over 100 businesses over the past decade and wants to add to that total this year.
"In addition to the key geographic areas mentioned we will also consider acquiring quality lettings portfolios and businesses in other parts of the country" continues Light.
Just over a year ago Bowmark Capital merged Romans and Leaders to create an entity with over 40,000 lettings properties on its books, mostly in south east England.
Bowmark acquired Leaders in 2010 in a £48m deal; it acquired Romans in 2013 in a £50m-plus deal.
