LSL's new PRSim brand makes pitch for Build To Rent business

LSL Property Services has unveiled PRSim, its new brand offering services to the burgeoning Build To Rent sector.

PRSim offers “data, consultancy and operational management solution, underpinned by excellent customer service” aimed at BTR investors and operators, according to its launch statement.

Jo Green - recently appointed director of PRS and Built To Rent Client Services at LSL - says the company aims to have a share of the business-to-business services segment that will surround BTR.

“Our modular solution can be accessed by clients at any stage of the development process, with a fully tailored approach to ensure we can quickly and capably deliver on the brief” she says.

PRSim is playing to the strengths and the breadth and depth of LSL Property Services, which last week reported a 61 per cent surge in operating profits in the first six months of 2017. 

“We are able to harness the extensive resources of the wider group including data and indices, and PRSim’s integral relationship with our Land and New Homes Division means we can work with investors right from the start, sourcing off-market sites and development opportunities with feasibility reporting as standard” says Green. 

“Our granular knowledge of what UK customers want, and will pay for, together with first-rate operational management standards, make us supremely placed to support intelligent and informed decision making.”

Last week the government revealed that almost 81,000 BTR units were completed or under construction in England alone.
