The agent behind London’s newest letting opportunity says it’s the most luxurious property in the capital’s most presigious neighbourhood - and it certainly looks like it’s set to be amongst the most expensive.
Wetherell, Mayfair’s best known and longest established agency, has released to the market Mayfair Row, four newly-built town houses ranging in size from 3,310 square feet to 4,289 square feet and starting at £4,250 per week.
Each house has either three or four bedrooms, with accompanying en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, double reception rooms and a study. Three of the four have rooftop terraces, accessed via electronic fully-glass retractable doors.
The properties are described as “luxe” - the word public relations experts use when ‘deluxe” just isn’t good enough - and Wetherell says the four properties are located in “one of the last true private house enclaves in Mayfair.”
“The four houses are the most luxurious lettings collection currently on the market. The unique location, in a gated mews, and the level of the design and bespoke finishes, alongside the rooftop terraces makes each of the four houses highly enviable. Perfect for families and young professionals from London or overseas, the houses offer something for everyone” says the agency’s well-known founder and chief executive, Peter Wetherell.
Each of the four is fully-dressed; marble staircases and feature walls decorate the entrance hall in two of the houses, alongside silk carpets and bespoke furniture.
They all feature underfloor heating and air conditioning plus a video entry phone system.
Any takers?
