Rokstone has launched a new lettings division, operating out of the firm’s existing Marylebone offices and covering both short and long term lets.
They will cover prime central London areas such as Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia, Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Regent’s Park, with rental properties priced from £500 per week.
The department is run by head of lettings Olivia McSweeney, who in May joined from Sotheby’s International Realty, where she spearheaded the launch of its lettings department. Prior to working at Sotheby’s, she was an associate at Hamptons International Kensington, where she was top lettings fee earner for both 2013 and 2014.
The agency, which prides itself on having a number of celebrity clientele, offers sales, new homes styling, entertainment and acquisition services, as well as more unusual activities such as legal counsel, investment advice and marketing expertise.
The lettings division is Rokstone’s second new venture to be unveiled in 2017.
Earlier it launched Rokstone Lifestyle, a lifestyle consultancy service offering special guidebooks on local neighbourhoods, advising clients on where the best local schools are located, and providing information about the best health clubs, hairdressers and interior design firms to use. Clients can also make use of party/event planning services, as well as help with sourcing the latest must-have designer items and booking tables at the most exclusive restaurants.
“There has consistently been a strong demand for super prime central London rental properties, yet so few agencies specialise in providing exceptional lettings services for high net worth individuals” says McSweeney.
