Somerset agency Mark Templer Residential has acquired independent company Wrington Vale Lettings.
Husband and wife team John and Vanessa Webb with business partner Karen Morgan founded Wrington Vale Lettings almost a decade ago. When the Webbs decided to retire they asked Mark Templer Residential to take over the business.
Established over 20 years ago Mark Templar Residential has three offices in their area including an eight-strong lettings team.
"Wrington Vale Lettings was a brilliant agency and I feel very honoured to have been chosen by John, Vanessa and Karen to take on their highly cherished portfolio of properties, landlords and tenants. It was an opportunity not to be missed and I am delighted to have acquired the business and integrated it into our own. We all wish the Webb’s and Karen well for their retirement” says Templar.
