A lettings agency operating in Cardiff has expanded its business and now donates 15 per cent of profits to a local housing association.
Adore, a Cardiff lettings agency backed by local Taff Housing Association, is now offering property sales as well as lettings.
Adore donates 15 per cent of sales fees and profits from other agency activity to the association, which manages over 1,300 homes in the Canton, Fairwater, Grangetown, Riverside and Butetown areas of the Welsh capital.
Sellers using Adore are also invited to become shareholders at Taff.
Together with existing shareholders, they can then decide on which of Taff’s projects will be funded by Adore’s donation.
Adore has in the recent past sponsored the entertainment at Taff’s Christmas Party, provided a play house for a local primary school, and sponsored the local football team Canton Rangers.
