As students begin their search for housing for the next academic year, a university has relaunched a dedicated lettings agency service
The University of Edinburgh’s Accommodation, Catering and Events team has launched the rebranded Domus service, describing it as a one-stop-shop for landlords and supporting the letting of more than 300 properties for students returning from their first and second years of study.
But the service now also offers properties for couples, individuals, groups and those without an offer of traditional university accommodation, who want to rent in residential areas throughout the city.
Michelle Christian, assistant director of property at ACE, says: “This rebrand was the next step for us to increase our presence in the market and build on the wider successes within the ACE team.”
Domus says it provides landlords guaranteed rental income with no hidden fees and flexible contract periods.
