One of the UK’s largest block management agencies, the Residential Management Group, has opened a new northern office in recognition of its expanding activities in the region.
RMG manages over 51,000 homes in the north alone with a further 43,000 units across the rest of the UK. It has a secured pipeline of 25,000 units in the north, with a large proportion of the portfolio in Manchester city centre.
In response it has opened a new office in recently refurbished central Manchester premises, building on its clients in the city including Urban Splash, De Trafford and Artisan.
“We recognise our customers want to see our managers on site and we have to be in a position to respond quickly to issues as they arise and the local office helps this strategy” explains RMG director Justin Herbert.
It has now expanded its contact centre opening to 24/7 to allow its customers to contact them by whatever form they prefer - from online chat and WhatsApp to telephone or letter at a time suitable for them.
The company also has an in-house health and safety team with NSI accreditation in support, as well as a legal services team. There’s also a dedicated central Manchester manager.
