LonRes, the data and agent network business specialising in central London, is entering into a strategic partnership with rental services provider Let Alliance.
The result - LonRes Let Alliance - is being marketed exclusively to LonRes subscribers and claims to offer “the widest range of integrated lettings services available in the market place.”
This includes a suite of services such as tenant referencing, nil deposits, and a rent guarantee scheme, together with a range of additional insurance products.
“The lettings industry is undergoing a period of great change. The government’s draft Tenant Fees Bill (for England) underlines the need for a lettings sector that works for the good of all. The LonRes Let Alliance partnership comes in response to this” says Anthony Payne, LonRes managing director.
“Agents need a bespoke proposition for the London market, which is different from the rest of the UK” claims Let Alliance chief executive Andy Halstead.
LonRes has over 6,000 industry figures working across prime London subscribing to its services, which includes real time records of asking prices, price let and price adjustments.
Let Alliance works with 2,000 letting agents nationwide, completes 200,000 tenant references per annum and guarantees annual rents valued at over £500m.
