Hunters has announced its first business expansion of 2019 with the acquisition of what it calls “a significant lettings book.”
The acquisition of the 279-unit fully managed lettings portfolio is the latest deal - the book was previously handled by C Lettings in Rugeley, Staffordshire
Hunters operates a financial support scheme supporting local branches taking over rival firms or their letting books - this scheme has already seen acquisitions take place in 13 locations across the country, most recently in Harborne, Sheffield, Redditch and Lichfield.
Andy Bushell, franchise director at Hunters, says: “We are delighted to be able to help our partners acquire lettings businesses or portfolios across the country and assist their business and income growth opportunities. Our lettings expertise is first-class, and we are able to offer a proven formula which includes training, systems, marketing and technology that drives success in what is an increasingly challenging area of our industry.
“2019 is set to be another year of progress for the company and the continued expansion of our lettings offering is an important part of our growth.”
