The Leaders Romans Group has announced an acquisition to mark further expansion into the corporate lettings and block management market.
The agency has purchased Rebloom Block Management, a firm in the North West which manages a variety of building sizes, locations and property types.
Rebloom, previously owned by Mark Carey, currently manages in excess of 550 units in and around Liverpool and Manchester.
Following the acquisition by LRG, all existing staff members will remain with the business and Mark Carey will stay on to ensure a smooth handover of Rebloom's portfolio is completed before leaving the business altogether.
This latest expansion by LRG comes hot on the heels of its purchase of Revolution Property Management in March.
The group's mergers and acquisitions director, Matthew Light, says the firm is working hard to expand its block management services as well as broadening its sales and lettings offerings.
"The acquisition of Rebloom represents an excellent opportunity for us to spread both the geographical and service offering coverage of LRG," he says.
The agency has now completed over 150 acquisitions and claims to be the property industry’s 'leading acquirer'.
Light says LRG is looking to acquire further property and block management businesses in the future.
