A new PropTech app-based service claiming to reduce paperwork in property management is rolling out in London and the south east.
Herddle claims to link landlord, tenant, contractor and agent together via one platform and allows landlords or buy to let investors to track activities relating to their properties.
These include rent collection; authorising works, repairs and payments; viewing and signing tenancy agreements, referencing and renewal documents; and financial metrics for properties.
Herddle also manages maintenance requests via the platform using approved contractors who can quote, receive authorisation to complete works and verify work done before invoicing and payment is generated through the platform.
As part of the development the PropTech platform acquired an agency - Alan Ives in Plumstead - to test using existing landlord and tenant clients.
“We are seeking private and institutional landlords, with large portfolios, single properties or block management contracts that are looking for a fresh, tech-enabled, approach to property management, with all the savings and transparency that the Herddle technology brings” says Jess Ford, co-founder of the service.
