Hunters is latest agency to link with software platform

The giant Hunters franchise chain, which has over 200 offices across the UK, Is boosting its technology through a strategic partnership with lettings software platform teclet.

The customer-facing teclet platform enables agents to manage the lettings process by automating as much of the process as possible and enabling landlords, tenants, guarantors and agents to interact and carry out processes 24/7.

Hunters’ lettings director Carrie Alliston says: “Landlords and tenants can transact easily online at a time that suits them, and importantly, the technology allows us to speed up and simplify our processes internally, freeing up time for our agents to talk more to customers, proactively support them and deliver an even better service.” 

And Hunters’ chief operations officer Dan Rafferty adds: “With an abundance of platforms and tools crowding the property tech sector it can be a real challenge to cut through the volume and understand if and how these can add value to your business. I’m confident that the teclet platform offers a great enhancement to Hunters lettings services, both to customers and our agents throughout the network.”

teclet says around a third of all customer interactions on the platform take place outside normal business hours, meaning it enables agents to become more productive and therefore save costs.

The platform also enables the compliant and efficient generation of additional revenue streams through its API structure that works with suppliers in referencing, inventories, rent guarantee insurance, landlord and tenant insurances, safety certificates, appliance maintenance and ordering and utility management and switching.
