The latest property completed in the ever-growing Build To Rent sector is a 44 storey tower standing at 141 metres tall.
The Anaconda Cut, the tallest building in Salford, has launched after being funded by real estate investment firm, Europa Capital and managed by Atlas Residential UK.
The Anaconda Cut, located on the edge of Media City, was the name given to an engineering project in the 1970s which straightened the sharp elbow in the River Irwell where the development sits.
The wider masterplan for the area will see new residential schemes - including more Build To Rent - delivered over the next decade.
The new tower comprises 349 fitted out apartments ranging from one to three-bedrooms, all with floor to ceiling glazed windows. The units have been designed to the highest specification and carefully curated amenities integrated throughout the building to enhance community living.
In line with some other Build To Rent schemes, there will be a foyer with 24 hour hotel style concierge and a mezzanine co-working space, along with a state-of-the art resident’s gym offering a variety of HITT workouts and yoga sessions.
There is also parking, a resident’s cinema and a sky lounge relaxation area.
