PropTech lettings platform names comparison service as new partner

Lettings automation service teclet has revealed that the Tenant Shop is the latest partner integrated into its platform.

Tenant Shop provides energy, broadband,  utilities, removals and insurance products and services to landlords and tenants.

teclet director John Evans says: “As with our other API partners Tenant Shop have already seen a significant take up on the products they provide which, in turn, benefits landlords, tenants and guarantors and produces a growing revenue stream for the agent or property manager.“

Other API partners for teclet include HomeLet, No Lettings Go, Sage Pay, World Pay, First Data, Paid & Co, Docusign and Fixflo.

teclet says that some 25 per cent of interactions with the platform – such as entering information and uploading documents  – take place outside of normal business hours, helping agents and property managers to become more efficient and productive.
