Online lettings agency RentMyHome is partnering with a trade group for home stagers in order to offer clients discounted services.
MyHomeGroup owns RentMyHome and sister sales platform SellMyHome; clients of both can have a ‘home staging consultation’ for £160 instead of the usual £300 thanks to the deal with the Home Staging Association.
“Our network of home stagers are brilliantly placed to offer sellers, landlords and developers alike tips to suit their budget on how to give their property an added edge and competitive advantage” says Paloma Harrington-Griffin, HSA director.
And Will Clark, managing director at MyHomeGroup, adds: “We are always looking at ways we can enhance the services we offer our customers - from professional photography to local discounts and now access to qualified, professional home stagers … our customers will be able to have a private consultation with a local home stager who will provide advice on tips on how to enhance their property even further to help it sell more quickly and potentially at a higher price.”
RentMyHome describes itself as “the UK’s number one rated letting agent” with a “network of local agents [that] stretches out across the entire UK.”
