The scores have been counted and the results are in for the 2019 ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Zoopla.
On Friday May 10, over 1,000 agents, suppliers and property professionals took over the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane to toast the industry's top performers.
It was the 16th annual ESTAS and the glittering ceremony was once again hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
The winners of the ESTAS are based purely on the results of a customer service survey completed by thousands of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
"The ESTAS encapsulates what your typical agent is trying to do. Which is provide an honest, transparent service for their clients," says Phil Spencer.
"There is a real opportunity for high street agents right now to show the general public that service does really matter. Traditional agents do an incredible job for their clients in a process that is littered with potential pitfalls," he says.
Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS, adds: "We continue to promote great service from agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisers and suppliers."
"We fly the flag for all property professionals involved in the house moving process and we’ll continue to support your marketing efforts as much as we can."
The coveted Grand Prix title, for the best letting agent office in the UK voted by landlords, was clinched by Chamberland Residential, an agency located in South West London.
The best large letting agency group award went to Andrews Property Group, while Pinewood Properties, with branches in Mansfield and Chesterfield, was awarded best local letting agency group in the UK.
The best letting agency office in the UK voted by tenants was Infinity Property Solutions (pictured top), based in Harrow.

Anthony Pepe Crouch End, Harry Mishon at Sawyer & Co Hove, Sophie Newberry at Marshall Vizard and Leanne Parr at Harper Williams Estate Agents.
