Belvoir brand Newton Fallowell has acquired the sales and lettings business of Grantham’s oldest independent agency, Escritt Barrell Golding.
EBG, which was founded in 1860, will continue to operate independently handling agricultural and commercial property.
But all residential business will be transferring - along with existing residential staff members - to Newton Fallowell’s head office, which is also in Grantham.
The deal has added 300 rental properties to the Belvoir brand’s portfolio.
