The online platform teclet, which enables agents to automate the lettings and management process, has announced that Movinghub has become an integrated API partner.
Movinghub joins other teclet API partners including Homelet, No Lettings Go, Sage Pay, World Pay, First Data, Paid & Co, Tenant Shop, Docusign and Fixflo.
teclet provides 24/7 access to agents, landlords and tenants, and says over a quarter of its interactions take place outside of normal business hours.
teclet director John Evans says: “As with our other API partners, [Movinghub] has already seen a significant take up on the products they provide which, in turn, benefits landlords, tenants and guarantors and produces a growing revenue stream for the agent or property manager.“
Movinghub differs from the traditional connections model, moving over 500,000 customers in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand; via teclet it provides a choice of utility connections and essential moving services to landlords, tenants and guarantors.
