One of the growing number of deposit alternative services, flatfair, has announced a partnership with lettings platform Goodlord.
Agents and landlords can now add flatfair’s deposit-free service to any tenancy transaction directly from their Goodlord interface; tenancy agreements along with the terms and conditions will integrate with the Goodlord platform.
Goodlord’s platform digitises the pre-tenancy process with online offer letters, referencing, contracts, payments and signing. It says its technology processes more lettings transactions than any other in the UK and integrates products and services such as insurance, broadband and energy.
