The Advertising Standards Authority has stepped in following a complaint about an advertisement which claimed a flat was just a one minute walk from London Bridge.
In reality the apartment, a new build from Galliard Homes - a developer particularly popular with buy to let investment purchasers - was a 10 minute walk away.
A complaint was lodged with the ASA, suggesting the one minute claims was misleading.
