Belvoir has opened its third office in Swansea - but like other agency branches in Wales, it’s set to close for two weeks from this weekend.
The new office is in Sketty and is the latest expansion for the Swansea franchise owned by husband and wife Ben and Daisy Davies.
The office will join its sister Swansea city centre and Mumbles branches, and will service both the lettings and sales markets in the areas of Sketty, Derwen Fawr, Dunvant, Killay, Uplands and Cockett.
“It's an exciting time for us” says Ben Davies “and after the market came to a halt earlier on in the year, the resurgence since the lockdown was lifted has been incredible, so we are delighted to be able to open the doors and help the local community with their property needs”.
The franchise celebrates its 10th year; it opened with a staff of two and a single branch whereas now it employs 18 people across three sites.
“We see ourselves as a community business at heart and to us, property is personal, so we do everything we can to help make the process as smooth as possible for our clients” says Daisy Davies.
The couple say they want to expand further within Swansea and nearby.
