Iain White, a well-known trainer across the industry, is giving a Fixflo Masterclass on Friday.
“With uncertainty impacting rental markets everywhere, agency owners and leaders have an uphill battle coming for them. Apart from knowing what's in your arsenal, you should also be aware of the dangers that lie ahead” he says.
The 45 minute event will cover the main business risks which White foresees for agencies, ways to mitigate those risks, how to prepare for the downturn, and key things which can be done now to increase companies’ resilience.
